Two Rivers, Wisconsin
February 27, 1926
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hamilton Manufacturing
Company was held at the place and on the date above set forth, at the office
of The Hamilton Manufacturing Company, at the hour of nine o'clock in the
evening, pursuant to call by the Chairman of the meeting of stockholders
held just previously on the same date.
Meeting called to order by George S. Hamilton, who stated that
he had been elected chairman of the meeting of stockholders held this day
for the purpose of completing the organization of Hamilton Manufacturing
Company; that at such stockholders' meeting a resolution had been adopted
requiring him, as such chairman, to call a meeting of the newly elected
Board of Directors-of said Hamilton 1anufacturing Company (hereinafter
referred to in these minutes as the corporation), to be convened imme-
diately after the adjournment of said first meeting of stockholders, and
that the purpose of such meeting of the Board of Directors was to elect
officers of the corporation, and to transact such other business as may
properly come before said Board.
On motion, duly seconded and carried, T'
elected temporary secretary and directed to record
meeting of the Board of Directors.
The Secretary called the roll of the directors, which disclosed
tie following present in person, the same constituting a quorum of the
Board:
George S. Hamilton
H. C. Gowran
T. V. Suddard
H. Rowley
The Chairman announced that the fifth member of the Board, . 7.
Hamilton, was unable to be present, but had consented in advance to
