which will establish a National Department of Public Education, with its

Believing that the preservation and perpetuation of American ideals and 
institutions deperid upon the complete dvelopment, and protection of the
American Free Public School System, which guarantees a non-sectarian education
by 
the State, the undersigned citizens of the Stateof 
earnestly request and urge that the Nation's lawi a  < body make every
reasonable effort toenact the Robsion-Capper Free Public School Bill into
law.
