while at the convention. We therefore nominate Mr. Schmidt to succeed
himself as treasurer of this association.
MIL PUEIDXNT: Are there any other nominations?
Ma. MAUCzxw8xI: Mr. Chairman, I move you that the nominations
be closed and that the secretary cast the unanimous ballot for Mr.
Schmidt.
(Motion seconded and carried).
ML Smcarruzy: The secretary hereby casts the unanimous ballot for
Mr. Schmidt.
Ma. Gad: The next in order will be the election of two directors.
The first one we have listed for re-election or replacement is Mr. A. M.
Johnson of Green County who really represents the foreign type of that
section. We unanimously made the motion to nominate Mr. Johnson to
succeed himself.
ML PRESDENT: Are there any other nominations?
ML MALCzzwsxi: Mr. President, I move you that we close the
nominations and the secretary cast the unanimous ballot for Mr.
Johnson.
MaL KoPrrZKZ: I second that motion.
(Motion carried).
MiL SzcfThau: The secretary hereby casts the unanimous ballot for
Mr. Johnson.
ML JoHNsoN: Mr. President, I want to thank you very much and
I really enjoy the work on the board, and I hope we will make the
next convention a little bit better than we had this year.
Me G.4rF: The next director up for re-election or replacement is Steve
suidzinski of Denmark, Brown County. We again felt that he should
be re-elected and we have nominated Steve Suidzinaki to succeed himself.
Ma. PasmzNT: Are there any other nominations from the floor?
MIL MALCZuWsKI: Mr. President, I move you that we close the nomina-
tions and the secretary cast the unanimous ballot for Steve Suidzinski.
(Motion seconded and carried).
Mit. SzczzTAzY: The secretary casts the unanimous ballot for Mr.
Suidzinski.
ML SUirzDINxI: Ladies and gentlemen and fellow members: I wish
to thank you and I hope we will have another convention like this
year or larger. The co-operation with you people and your co-operation
with us means a great deal. I thank you.
Ma. PmusmsNr: We have the resolutions now and we would like to
hear from Mr. Mulloy, chairman of the resolutions committee.
Ma. MuLoy: Mr. Chairman, fellow cheese makers: We have five
resolutions, two of them are prepared by your committee and the other
three have been submitted. One more had been submitted but was with-
drawn.
The first resolution:
Resolved: That the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association in conven-
tion assembled on November 14th, 1935, at Fond du Lac extend our
thanks and appreciation to the city of Fond du Lac and its officials;
to each and all of the speakers, to. the exhibitors here, to the prize
