STREETS AND AVENUES
All streets running north and south, count from the State line,
with the even num'bers on the west side of the street. The first
block begins with 100, the second 200, the third 300, etc., increasing
by 100 with each succeeding block; but Bushnell avenue and Grand
avenue forms a correct line, which corrects to 600.
All streets running east and west, count eastward and westward
from Fifth street, with the even numbers on the south side of the
street. The correction lines in passing eastward are Pleasant street,
correcting to 500, and Park avenue, correcting to 900. In passing
westward, Bluff street corrects to 300, Eighth street to 700, and
Hackett street to 900. On streets which cross Fifth street, "E" is
annexed to the number of each house east of Fifth street, thus:

Dustrude Court runs west from 636 Eighth Street.
