penses for a new baby, uncovered hospital bills, physi-
cian or dental fees,-pharmacy charges, nursing care,
ambulance, healtfh'supplies or laboratory charges. So
easy to use ... you simply present your card to the
provider of the health service and he sends the bill to
WPS Charge Card Corporation.
A SINGLE MONTHLY STATEMENT is sent to you show-
ing all charges less any payments made by WPS-Blue
Shield for services covered by your policy. There is
no service charge if you pay the balance within 25
days. For extended time payments a service charge
of 1% per month is added to the unpaid balance.
There is no penalty for paying the entire balance at
