Page 56
Looking at a Photograph in Winter56 I like the naked tree. The skeleton exposed and the short house nestled up to the tall barn. It's a lonely edifice, proud and sturdy. Not near anything else and connected with its outbuilding. Isolated, exposed to wind and weather. Contemplative, beautiful. Is it time to repair, rebuild or just survive. Batten down the hatches. Let the wind come.
