116 Council Proceedings, P.M., 25 October Mr. Evans, a member of Assembly, was admitted, and he delivered to the Chair, a message from his Excellency the President, with the letters and papers therein referred to, which said message was read, and is as follows: [For the President's message, see RCS:Del., 59 ] Adjourned to 10 o'Clock to-morrow morning. I S-C General Assembly, Saturday, 27 October House Proceedings, A.M., 27 October On motion of Mr. Clayton, For leave to bring in a Bill for altering the Quorum of the House of Assembly; the same was granted. Whereupon he presented to the chair, a Bill for that purpose, which was read. By special Order, The said Bill was read the second Time; and afterwards being read the third time, by Paragraphs, and amended, Passed the House. Ordered, That the said Bill be transcribed, and sent to the Council for concurrence.
