the forty-fourth degree of longitude west from Washington, with the boundary
line 
between the United States and British Columbia; thence due south fifteen
miles; 
thence due east to the Okinakane River; thence up said river to the boundary
line 
between the United States and British Columbia; thence west along said boundary
line to the place of beginning, being a portion of the country set apart
for the use of 
Chief Moses and his people by Executive orders of April 19, 1879, and March
6,1880, 
be and the same is hereby, restored to the public domain.
