CHAPTER VI KEEP CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT Every fastidious woman knows that frequent baths are essential to health and Cleanliness beauty. Nothing can take the place Essential of simple, inodorous, daintiness. to Health Keeping clean inside is every bit as important as keeping clean outside. Be sure that you have a regular and adequate movement of the bowels every day. Accumulated waste matter, if allowed to lie "like a dead rat in the intestines", will send its poisons to all parts of the body.
