Scope and Content Note: (a) Monthly summaries of commitments, journal entries, county reimbursement, purchase orders, daily vendors, commissaries, food for men, and refunds; (b) Voucher register, showing voucher number, description, date, fund credit, administrative expenses and salaries, and disbursements for work department, relief, institutional case, occupancy and special programs, plant and equipment, and purchases for inventory; (c) Transient commitment and voucher register, showing commitments for payrolls, expenses daily vendors and purchase orders.
