Biography/History: The Public Information Office was run by Jeanne Singer (World Affairs Center, director 1956-1960; Public Information, director, 1960-circa 1965) and then Thetis Reavis (Director of Meetings and Public Information, 1963-1975; Publications circulation and promotion, and association and programs publicity, 1975- ). This office was responsible for circulation of FPA publications and the promotion and publicity about the Association and its programs. Materials here include brochures and pamphlets, information on the association and its members, meeting notes and reports, press releases and newsletters, information on programs and projects, regional mailings and meeting notes, and files related to the Congressional Issues project (also known as Foreign Policy Briefs) and the FPA Forum (a travel program).
