Scope and Content Note: The records primarily concern a 1972 seminar, “Methods in Conflict Resolution,” together with a small group of general papers, all of which are arranged alphabetically by subject. The seminar records consist of correspondence, publicity, financial records, materials on program planning, an evaluation, and a transcript of the “News Media and Conflict” session. The correspondence in this section includes material on project development and exchanges with participants and potential sponsors. Program materials include a sheet on each session listing participants and expected focus. The general papers consist of material on an informal series of “rap sessions,” several miscellaneous project proposals, files relating to the development of an Issues in Conflict radio series and scripts for a number of public service radio spots, press materials, miscellaneous publications, and minutes of one session of the Non-violent Training and Education Collective.
