Abstract:

[1] Clerk's Record (1857-1934) which dates from the district's creation and contains minutes of district meetings, registers of school officials, treasurer's records, teacher's contracts, teacher's annual reports, and names of textbooks; [2] School Registers (1867-1948) showing pupil's names, ages, and attendance records, and after 1900 also containing daily school program, record of visitors, honor roll, and pupil's academic grades; [3] Annual School District Reports containing district financial statements and statistics on attendance, school property, curriculum, and facilities; [4] Annual teacher's reports (1914-1931) containing attendance and school library statistics; and [5] Textbook record, (1908-1931). Note: In the 1945 school register the name is shown as the Oak Grove School.
