The activities of Center for Democracy in the Americas (CDA) included sponsoring delegations to El Salvador, providing workshops and information to the citizens of El Salvador, and sponsoring speaking tours of the U.S. CDA worked closely with other activist organizations in an attempt to influence public opinion and policy makers concerning U.S. government policy towards the war in El Salvador.
