Work files of Carol Medaris, a Madison lawyer who served as project attorney for the Wisconsin Council on Children and Families during the implementation of Wisconsin Works, a welfare reform program commonly known as W-2. The collection documents the history and implementation of W-2 including its precursor programs Pay for Performance (PFP) and Work Not Welfare (WNW).
