Abstract:
Record of the amount of tax levied and collected on each parcel of real estate. Tax rolls typically include a legal description of the property, name of the owner, assessed valuation, tax levied, and a record of payment. This series is comprised of tax rolls from the Town of LaPointe for 1859-1870 (except 1864); Town of Bayport, 1863-1865, plus tax rolls from most civil divisions, every tenth year from 1880 to 1950.
