Arrangement of the Materials
The collection is arranged as four series: - General Files, 1972-1984
- Subject Files, circa
1970s
- Gay
Perspective Radio Program, 1971-1972
- Other Audio Recordings,
1972-1973
Materials are generally arranged alphabetically by folder title and then chronologically.
An exception is the audio recordings, which are arranged chronologically by broadcast date.
The processing archivist relied primarily on the recordings themselves as the chief source
of information for determining the date, and then on accompanying textual material and the
original boxes. Dates enclosed in brackets indicate that the information was inferred by the
processing archivist.
