Scope and Content Note: This subgroup includes records from numerous committees. Most of the records consist of correspondence; committee guidelines, reports, and procedures; meeting minutes; and committee membership lists. The primary focus of many of these committees was the planning and evaluating of the bi-annual meetings. This subgroup also contains Nomination Committee materials and information pertaining to MAC elections and members, as well as Scholarship Committee files, which document the development of scholarships. The Twenty-fifth Anniversary Committee files primarily consist of e-mail messages between committee members, but also contain information pertinent to the history and founding of MAC. Records of the Local Arrangements and Program Committees are arranged in record subgroup 6.
