The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

The First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee donated the bulk of the collection to the Archives on July 25, 2001 (accession 2001-010). The Society donated additional records in December 2002 (accession 2002-046), October 2005 (accession 2005-022), October 2008 (accession 2008-031), June 2009 (accession 2008-065), and June 2010 (accession 2009-062). The First Unitarian Society donated additional materials in June 2011 (accession 2010-056), September 2011 (accession 2011-012), December 2011 (accession 2011-026), June 2012 (accession 2011-054), January 2013 (accession 2012-036), May 2014 (accession 2013-047), and September 2014 (accession 2014-025). Linda Presto donated some additional materials in September 2017 (accession 2017-017).

Processing Information

Russell Horton, Nicole Jackelen, and Christel Maass processed accession 2001-010 in April 2002. Amber Bryant processed accession 2002-046 in February 2003. Ryan Claringbole processed accession 2005-022 in January 2007. Bob Jaeger (supervised by Christel Maass) processed accessions 2008-031 and 2008-065 in July 2009. Ashley VonRuden (supervised by Christel Maass) processed accession 2009-062 (box 40) in July 2010.

In October 2011, Bob Jaeger removed 54 safety film negatives and placed them with other safety film negatives.

Christel Maass processed accessions 2010-056, 2011-012, 2011-026, 2011-054, 2012-036, 2013-047, and 2014-025 (boxes 41-42) in June 2015. Christel Maass processed accession 2017-017 in December 2017.
