Additions of materials, dating from 1986 to 2004, largely focus on development and
revitalization in Milwaukee's Avenues West area. Included are neighborhood studies,
strategic plans, revitalization and development studies, as well as information on the
1994 Marquette University "Avenue Commons" proposal to close part of Wisconsin Avenue.
The collection also contain materials related to crime and policing, neighborhood
partnerships and strategies, and housing. Some materials in the collection were produced
by or in conjuction with UWM.
