The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

Greta Hansen, executive director of the Sherman Park Community Association, donated the collection to the Archives on May 1, 1996 (accession 1995-046). John Brown of the Sherman Park Community Association donated a second accession (1997-037) in February 1998.

Processing Information

Sarah Cervinski, Kathy Koch, and Stephanie Ostermann processed the collection at the Archives in June-August 1996. Joseph Hyland added accession 1997-037, as well as some miscellaneous materials, to the collection in September-November 2000. Jacqueline Frank processed another box of materials from accession 1997-037, missed during earlier processing, in February 2003. Christel Maass added some additional newsletters, mailed to the Archives in 2000-2002, to the collection in August 2010.

In November 2011, Bob Jaeger removed 19 safety film negatives and placed them with other safety film negatives.
