Many of these documents were intended for missionary purposes and to spread Christianity across the globe. Major portions of this category are publications of the Religious Tract Society and the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge (S.P.C.K.). The S.P.C.K. was created in 1698 and still publishes today. The publications of the Religious Tract Society are presented here in more than twenty languages.
