Correspondence includes inmate letters and letters about general legal issues. Special counsel material includes correspondence, contracts, and court documents. Well documented is the case of Nellie Wilson and Laurene DeWitt, members of the Personnel Board. Of note are materials related to the deaths, and subsequent investigation, of John Waubanascum and Arlin Pamanet. There is also information about persons granted executive clemency (pardons) during the Lucey administration; the person's name, crime, and reason clemency was granted is listed.
