: Materials specifically relating to plays written and/or directed by Gersmann, as well as other productions by the Broom Street Theater of Madison, Wisconsin. The bulk of the papers consist of final scripts, rough drafts, outlines, notes, and background research materials such as newspaper and magazine clippings, photocopied articles and portions of books, and printouts of online articles for each play. Also included are cast lists, music scores and lyrics, flyers, press releases, programs, marketing materials, reviews, and legal documents such as contracts, invoices, grant application materials, and receipts.
