The majority of the records fall into one of three series: Board of Directors,
Conferences, and Publications. The Board of Directors records include
correspondence, minutes of Board meetings, various reports, and other associated
materials. Materials held in the Conferences series include attendee lists,
programs, budgetary information, correspondence, venue information, other related
materials and, in some cases, photographs from the conference. The majority of the
Publications series is devoted to The Learning Assistance Review, but also includes
the Association’s newsletter, the periodically updated Resource Directory, and other
miscellaneous articles and promotional materials. In addition to the three major
series, the collection includes some financial records, revisions to the by-laws,
articles of incorporation, and materials related to the NCLCA sponsored Summer
Institute.
