Series: Administrative Files
: This artificial series is a combination of several smaller sets of files. The general office files are probably those of the permanent office staff and administrators. The individual files are those of the annually-elected officers. Some of this material probably duplicates that in other series, since the officers often received copies of others' correspondence, reports, memos, et cetera. Although not comprehensive, they do include the officers' own notes and memoranda.
