Records, 1947-1965, of a national debating and public speaking organization's Midwest branch and records of the River Falls Chapter, 1948-1981, associated with the University of Wisconsin--River Falls. Branch records include correspondence, constitutions, scattered minutes and financial records, tournament and correction plans, and photographs.
Collection Scope and Content NoteThis collection is composed of various manuscripts relating to the Upper Mississippi Province of Pi Kappa Delta, a national debating and public speaking organization. Since 1947, faculty members of the speech department at Wisconsin State University at River Falls have served as officers and committee members of the Province.
