,,4.    REGU'LATIONS RELATING TO SHIPMENT OF ANIMALS FOR
INMNIEDIATE SLAUGHTER.
Section III.
Should the owner elect thc second option above given relative
to shipment of reacting animals, lie must consign such stock for
immedliate slalghter, in thc nallie of the live Stock Sanitarv
Board to the Secretary nf the Chicago Live Stock Exchlang-e, or
to sonme other abattoir or(iered bv the Board;
1. It shall he the d(itv of the local health officer or chairman
of the town board to release suelh animals f romn uiarantille as di-
rected by the State Veterinarian.  And it shall further be the
lutv of the local health officer to see that all such released stock
is shipped in accordance w-ith tile directions of this Board.
The lheaith officer nimist obtain reevipts of shipment from the
agent of the railroad company anld forward the same to the Sec-
retarv of this Board.
2. Such stock is to le sold to the eredit of the State Live Stock
Sanitarv Board, and the net proceeds of such sale, together wvith
the report of slaighter, to be returned to the Secretary of this
Board.
W. 'When the local lhealth officer reports to this Board that the
affected p)remlises have lbeen properly disinfected under his di-
rection in ace')rdatice evithi the ret'l1atioms of this Board, the See-
retarv will thlen forward to the owiner the fnll amount credited
to the Board on the sale of said consimixnent.
Section IV.
It the owner (decilmes to aeceplt the option of qilarantine or
immedliate slaughter nllh(er tederal inspection, tile affected
-tock mimst be disposed of in accordance with Sec. 3, Chap. 440,
laws of Wisconsin for the year 1901.
