  Palmer, chain store authority.
  The school recently completed an
  extensive survey   of Consumers'
  reading habits, interviewing over
  3,000 women for several loop de-
  partment stores to determine what
  kinds of ads are  being read, on
  what pages of the newspaper, the
  time spent reading   a newspaper
  and set ups noticed. The Chicago
  Daily News cooperated in the pro-
  ject.
  Central college has a faculty of
  70 and a day and night enrollment
  of 1,600 men and women. Gradu-
  ates get full standing in all uni-
  versities, and graduates in educa-
  tion are allowed to teach in Chica-
go schools.
  Mr. Wright also is chairman of
the committee on athletics and has
charge of a huge intramural pro-
gram   of   basketball,   handball,
swimming,    tennis, )boxing   and
wrestling.
