Johnsons 2d addition to the village of Omro Wis
I, H W Leach, having been employed by Hiram Johnson
the within named proprietor of Johnsons 2d Plat of addition to
the Plat of Omro to Survey and plat said addition do hereby 
certify that the survey plat and following description are true
and correct and according to the directions of the proprietor
said plat of addition is laid out in the North Side of Fox River
Lying within and being a part of Fract Lot 7 T18 R15 E the
starting point is at a stone set parallel with and on the North 
Line of Mill St 60 ft from the S E corner of Block No 4 of
Hiram Johnsons previous plat of first addition to the plat
of Omro Winnebago COunty Wis  Ross in 41 ft wide Mill St
is 66 ft wide all the other streets are 60 ft wide and the
Plat is laid out on a scale of 66 ft to 1 inch the base line
of the survey are the North Line of Mill Street and the West
Line of McLean St survey commenced May 25th completed

 Be it known that I Hiram Johnson Proprietor
of the within Plat of addition to Omro have this 28th day
of May AD 1867 caused the survey to be made for the uses
and purposes within expressed signed in the presence of
N Frank                     given under my hand and seal the
