  No regular classes on Thanksgiving Day.
  This twelve week course in the past has counted as six months of the
requirements for obtaining a license to operate a creamery or a cheese
factory in this state.
                   OTHER COURSES AT MADISON
  The Summer Dairy Course at Madison is open to students at any time
between March 1 and November 1.
  A Special four-day dairy manufacturing course will be held March
10, 11, 12, and 13, 1936. Discussions and laboratory work covering recent
developments and subjects of current interest will be held on the manu-
facture of butter, cheese, condensed milk products, ice cream and market
milk.
