SCHOOL BOARD ROW 1: John Scheele, Lyle Jasperson, and Eugene Gunderson. ROW 2: W. K. Carter, Earl Ranke, and Earl Rowntree. Serving your district on the Board of Education is a real challenge . . . always making every effort to make the right decision and serve your district well in the interest of all at heart. We are very proud of our high school and the fine community we represent. The community is you, the tax- payer, who have provided this fine educational unit, furnishing us with these facilities and equipment so es- sential to meet the challenge in the education of our students . . . who are the leaders of tomorrow. I would like to take this opportunity to say a few words about our fine personnel . . . a faculty dedicated to the welfare of their students . . . our very capable office staff . . . the faithful cooks who work to prepare the hot meals each day . . . a staff of custodians who take great pride in keeping our school clean and bright. Many compliments come their way. The opportunity of being a member of the Board of Education is a rewarding ex- perience in many ways. Working with our fine administrators in the business affairs and operation of our high school is one which I will always remember and cherish in the years ahead. To you, the students, we are very proud of you. You have had a great part in making your school a very fine school ... your respect for your school and teachers, your pride in your school, your neatness in dress, and your fine sportsmanship. We have so much to be thankful for in our high school, in our churches, and in our community. Let us thank God for the many blessings that are ours. 3 I --Aaw, I
