Camp Washburn
March 2nd
Much respected friend it is with
pleasure that I write you A few
lines to let you noe that I am
all right. I cant think of much
to write, only there was a boy that
got poisoned in company, A. 35 reg
give my best respects to mother
Ellen and Howard Kiss Tint for me
so good By tell Charley
that I am all right. tell Dwight
and howard that I am much
Obliged, for those verses they sent
to me, tell georce that I will fetch
him some candy when I come
home    good By for this time
