     A number of meetings were held in the territory where an
Re.A.L project is being set up during the past year. No definite
announcement has been made concerning whether or not the necessary
funds will be received.
     Meetings were held in other tovnships where rural lines have
been extended by private companies.
                         Seed L2Ma
     Seed loan applications through the Farm Credlt Administration
were received at the County Agent's Office.  A total of 82 appli-
cations were completed. About half of these were approved.
                  Oommunity Club Activities
     Two folk dancing schools were held during the past year as
a continuation of this activity that was started last year.
     Three community clubs presented plays in the County Drama
Festival that was held at New London. The play "Out of the Night"
presented by the Bear Creek Community Club represented Waupaca
County at the State Drama Festival held in connection with Farm
and Home Week at the College of Agriculture last February,
                         CONCLUSION
     The success of the County Agent Program in Waupaca County
is not due to an individual effort, but because of the co-operation
from many sources.
     The Agricultural Committee and your County Agent at this time
wish to acknowledge such help from the following:
