03/30 BILL HAGENAH '03,
who has given 70 years of service to the
UW, celebrated his 90th birthday in Chi-

The Luther Halsey Gulick award, the
highest honor of the American Associa-
tion for Health, Physical Education, and
Recreation, was awarded recently to

,founding modem dance in higher edu-
cation, for her pioneering work in ad-
vancing dance as an educational experi-
ence, and in recognizing the aesthetic
expression in physical education."
LEON F. FOLEY '21 received the 1971
Distinguished Service award of the Alumni
Club of Milwaukee in February. He is
enior partner of the legal firm of Foley
Lardner and has been active in the
Alumni Association and the UW Founda-
MARK INGRAHAM '22, dean emeritus
of the UW College of Letters and Science,
the first person ever named an honor-
ary actuary of the Teachers Insurance and
Annuity Association and College Retire-
ment Equities Fund of New York. An
authority on teachers' retirement systems,
he received his award on his 75th birthday.
Recipient of the Wisconsin Society of the
Sons of the American Revolution Patriot's
Medal is HENRY C. FULLER '24, Glen-
Wsle, Wis. He is past president of the
society and past vice president general.
He is the founder and first executive direc-
