                 BLOCK 700 -WILLIAMSON STREET
                 I. REVIEW OF BASIC ATTRIBUTES
The first step in the identification of feasible reuse
scenarios is the identification of those attributes of the
property to be considered, including physical and legal-
political characteristics, linkages which contribute towards
effective demand for the property, dynamic traits which exist
in the minds of people and which affect their decision-making
behavior, and the environmental characteristics which impact
socially and financially upon the public.
    1. Size
The subject block is known as Block 129 in the Original
Madison Plat and consists of 18 lots in two tiers of nine

the southwest on South Blount Street and to the northeast
