crowded in appearance. Most through traffic is likely to use Regent Street, Park Street, or some other rather obvious arterial, rather than going into the neighborhood. The major concern of the neighborhood seems to be stemming the incursion of students; maintaining and improving the present housing stock is clearly desirable, rather than encouraging new construction. 26
