TEI encoding is based on the UW-Madison Libraries' Guidelines for Markup of Electronic Texts at the reading level (Nov. 16, 2005: Version 2.0. http://www.library.wisc.edu/help/tech/TEI/guidelines2.0.html) The text of this electronic edition has been compared to the 1967 Emecé, and the 1986 Cátedra editions. The Spanish has been modernized. All quotation marks have been retained by using the proper Spanish typographic symbols: « ... » All ''soft'' end-of-line hyphenation has been removed; any remaining hyphenation represents ''hard hyphens''. All hyphenated words which appear at the end of a page are represented without the hyphen. The page break has been moved to the end of the word. | |
