              CHAPTER TEN:
A SPORTS HAT IN STITCHED ANGORA
Mosr women like to include in their wardrobes an easy-to-
wer at which can be pulled on quickly, which will stay on in
blseyweather and which, whilst not too utilitarian in
aperne may be donned with a minimum of regard to the
arragemet of the hair. This that will fulfil all these require-
andat the same timegive a touchof e toan
eneble suited either to town or country wear. When choos-
the forit,keepin mindthat, as onlyi
ois required, the hat relies almo~t entrely on colour
and shape or its effect; therefore, select either a good
colour or one which gives a complete contrast to the clothes
to be worn with it.
The importance of the use of the sparterie brim shape as a
foundation of good millinery is stressed elsewhere in this book.
