Has mark'd their Rotten Constitution
For an early Dissolution
And overturnd, in one fell line,
Its wisdom, and it's form Divine
Made all the States Confirm his Thesis
By pulling it themselves to pieces
Least it Shoud rise up again
Ad: be the glory of the plain
Hence he who Sits Enthron'd above,
Eternal Sorce of life and love,
Whose pow'r controles the vast Expanc
And rules the Planets Airy dance
As well as all each Orb contains
Of creatures with, or without brains
From those who, he's been pleas'd to Vest,
Like man, with pow'r above the rest
Down thro' all classes to the mite,
That rides on those pure Orbs of Light,
Has been displeas'd, and thence has hurld
This vengence on the guilty world
Let mankind loose like prowling Elves
To punnish and distroy themselves.
