2. Gov. Henry Dodge to Comr. of Indian Affairs, Dec. 20, 1836, enclosing letter of Sept. 2, 1836, and two letters of Nov. 30, 1836, all from Lawrence Taliaferro, Agt., concerning an agreement with the Sioux. Accompanied by an estimate of treaty expenses.*

3. Dodge to Comr. of Indian Affairs, Jan. 18, 1837, enclosing letter of Taliaferro, Treaty Comr., Dec. 16, 1836, forwarding treaty.*
