3. Record of council with Oto and Missouri on Sept. 20, 1833; text of treaty with signatures; and copy of treaty report of Sept. 23, 1833, from H. L. Ellsworth to Comr. of Indian Affairs. (Embodied in journal, p. 7-12, described in item 9 under Treaty of Dec. 29, 1832, with Seneca and Shawnee.)

4. Comr. of Indian Affairs to H. L. Ellsworth, Dec. 5, 1833, acknowledging receipt of letters of Nov. 6 and 8, 1833, enclosing treaty (letters referred to not found). (OIA, LS, vol. 11, p. 380-381)

Note: Letter of Comr. of Indian Affairs, item 4 above, refers to treaties made with Pawnee and with Oto and Missouri. For council proceedings for this treaty, see Senate records (23B-C1 in RG 46). See items 1-4 and 9 under Treaty of Dec. 29, 1832.
