unanimously in favor of the new Constitution.

The special assembly [convention] of New Jersey is now
meeting and it is known that it is almost unanimously
disposed to adopt the new government. That of Delaware has
the merit of having ratified it first on the 6th of this month
and that of Pennsylvania on the 12th.
