HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR NEW ZEALAND. WESTMINSTER CHAMBERS, 13 VICTORIA STREET, - LONDON, S.W. 14th October, 1915. MY DEAR WASON, With reference to the very excellent pamphlet which you published some time ago, I have received letters asking that it be brought up to date and a second edition published. If you can see your way to do this, I am sure your action will be very much appreciated in the Colonies. Yours sincerely, THOS. MACKENZIE HOUSE OF COMMONS, 15th October, 1915. MY DEAR MACKENZIE, Many thanks for your kind letter, and I am glad to repeat the address originally given at the Congregational Church, West Hampstead, on May 2nd, 1915. I would especially call the attention of our friends to the portion dealing with the Violations of the Laws of War, issued by the French Foreign Office, which convicts the Germans of almost unspeakable atrocities. Our people should know what horrible treatment the French, Belgian, Serbian, Polish, and Armenian civil population have received by the orders of the Beast. Yours faithfully, J. CATHCART WASON.
