SHOW, SELECTS TV'S FAIREST FACES FOR SEE
A WHOLE new generation of glamour-lovelies is invading America's
living rooms. To pick TV's Ten Best would require the wisdom
of Solomon, the eye of Ziegfeld. the ubiquity of Eleanor Roosevelt-
none of which I possess. But, in many ways, I've been preparing for
this SEE assignment for 30 years. Studying the Broadway and Holly-
wood stage, supervising movies and cabarets, sparking my own gal-
loping Blackouts for eight years only sharpened an aesthetic sense
developed in high school. And now emceeing and acting in the Ken
Murray Show on TV-with its screening of scores of pretty girls
weekly-has pointed up the sharp eye for beauty that, I hope. is my
stock-in-trade.
America's Video Venuses? TV's fairest faces? After watching the
parade for two years, I pick the girls on these pages as my choices for
Beauty's best. Appearing regularly on the greatest entertainment me-
dium ever devised by man, they arc all young, talented. radiantly
lovely. These are the new glamour girls whom 30 million Americans
are now applauding. Of course. in concentrating on Junior Junos. I
