LB

Do you have any memories of your first day or impressions of your first few days?

JM

Oh I remember walking up the hill at this impressive concrete structure and the stairs leading up to it and wondering how long I would be working there. It was impressive I must say [for] a young student just out of school. The building of course was pretty old and we started out in the main building but then we were among the fortunate ones who were able to move over into the new building they built within the first few years.

LB

Great. So when you started working there were you not anticipating staying for your entire career or were expecting stay there for your entire career?

JM

That point, the first day, I really had no idea. You know the future was open and I didn't know what would happen.
