[Abstract]

In his September 2008 interview with Lauren Benditt, Ronald "Ron" W. Wolfe discusses his time working at the Forest Products Lab. Wolfe spoke of his years of employment at the Lab, between 1974 and 2006. Included are his thoughts working small diameter timber and housing design and construction. This interview was conducted for the centennial anniversary of the Forest Products Lab and for use in its comprehensive history.
