Wyandotte County. The crude perlite was obtained from mines in the Western
United States. Sales were for cavity fill insulation and horticultural aggregate.
 Dimension stone, primarily granite and marble, were shipped to a number
of stone companies throughout Kansas and sold for cemetery monuments and
for building applications.
