To proportion these cornices with the frize & necking give them 3/4 of
an inch to a foot including the frize & necking divide the whole into
12 parts give 5 to the cornice & 6 to the frize 1 to the neck moulding
as scale A B any of these cornices used wihtout the frize in rooms 3/8 of
an inch to a foot.
