feathers ; fourth, the terminology of a bird, and including a copious text
embracing the general outlines of the
Science of Ornithology with the classification of the birds of the world,
as adopted by Dr. Brehm, for many
years Superintendent of the Zoological garden at Berlin, fully describing
each of these in detail.
